Our work focuses on empowering citizens to transition from being passive recipients of rights to active defenders of those rights.
We operate under three fundamental lines of action in the field:
1. Human Rights Education and Training: We offer workshops and training programs that demystify human rights, making them accessible and understandable to everyone, from children to community leaders.
2. Mediación y resolución pacífica de conflictos: Apoyamos a los líderes locales en el desarrollo de habilidades de diálogo, escucha activa y negociación para resolver las tensiones internas antes de que se intensifiquen, fortaleciendo así el tejido social.
3. Advocacy and Organizational Strengthening: We support grassroots organizations so they can structure themselves effectively, manage their own development projects, and speak with a unified voice before public institutions.
